Data we collect
Enquiry forms collect name, email, optional phone, service interest, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and, where necessary for the work, limited personal data appearing in audit evidence you provide (for example approver names on documents).
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to requests (legitimate interests / steps toward a contract). Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and meet related accounting and legal obligations. Cookie preferences are stored as described in our cookie policy.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship. Engagement records are retained for up to seven years to meet professional and tax record needs, unless a proposal sets a different period.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.
Your rights
