Terms of engagement
These terms apply to use of ml-neural.digital and to scoped evidence engagements with ML Neural.
Acceptance
By using this site or confirming a written proposal, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
ML Neural provides audit evidence management support: pack assembly, control evidence mapping, period-end readiness, and external audit response desks. Deliverables and timelines are defined in each proposal. Website pricing is informational only and does not create a contract.
Proposals and fees
Paid work begins only after written acceptance of a proposal or statement of work. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work if payment is overdue.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for providing timely access to systems, owners, and source documents, and for the accuracy of information you supply. Delays in access may extend timelines.
Intellectual property
Working papers and packs we create for you under an engagement are licensed for your internal audit and finance use. Our methods, templates, and site content remain our property unless a proposal states otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or professional obligation.
Liability
Our work supports your audit and close processes; it does not replace your management responsibility or constitute a statutory audit opinion. Liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
